Having no other memories except images of her own death in a strange place, Lain awakes to find herself in a little cottage on a small farm somewhere in the country. With no point of reference, no feeling towards her current disassociation, and no sense of self she begins to live a life of peace and quiet inside the confines of her grass fed paradise. 

Then one day a scouting legion of the Survey Corp passes by the house on their way back to the capital. Offering her assistance by handing out food and water Lain's mother invited them to stay the night and rest before heading back home. With stories about the world beyond, adventure, and a sense of belonging Lain feels drawn to follow them as if her answers lie in the shadows between her reality and theirs.

I hate my life. I would give anything to be anywhere else but here. That's what I'm thinking as I come home tipsy from the bar in my work dress, and collapse on my bed with my head pillowed on my purse. I don't remember falling asleep but when I wake up I'm in a medical bed with the most gorgeous man I never expected to see looking at me......

For as long as I can remember I have loved my best friend Marco's sister. When I was 8 and she 19 I told her I would marry her. She had said she didn't have a boyfriend so if I grew up to be a good man she would think about it. Then she got married....., but I never stopped loving her even though she had moved out of my life.

Then one night she came back home. She was broken, lonely, and single and I.....? Still helplessly in love.

What happens when your childhood friend comes back into your life at the worst time? Levi is 36, engaged, has a great job in the city, and most would say a perfect life, but then he gets a text from the last person he expected.

"Erwin....." Levi moans in a higher octave than he should be able to grabbing your shirt, arching his back as you penetrate him deeply on your desk. Your fingers dig into his small hips as you pull him to you over and over, drawing your name out as you increase Levi's ecstasy. 

Erwin has had feelings for Levi since shortly after the younger man joined the Corps. In the beginning, he thought it was just an appreciation for his good looks, dedication and crass personality. As time went on, his mind wandered more and more to scenes like these, making it impossible to deny his feelings were far from casual.
